Ongoing…

I have so many ideas of projects that I want to get started on that I don’t know which to start next, so I’m hoping that this list will help me keep track of it all!

Vintage Sheet Euro Sham
Wonky 9-Patch Pillow Shams  |  begun July 2010
Almost done…since August 2010…this needs to be finished asap!

Vintage Charms  |  begun August 2012
My grandmother gifted these vintage charms to me and I’ve finally summoned the nerve to cut into them.  I can’t wait to see how this one finished up!

Stacks of Colour Quilt  |  designed July 2005, begun March 2011
The top has been finished since July 2011, but I think I’m going to have to send this one out for quilting, since it’s a queen-size.  A few more sales in the Etsy shop should pay for that…  (Hint, hint!)

Oh My Stars! (A Quilt-Along)

Oh My Stars!  |  begun September 2011
This one is currently on the go.  It began during my month in the GWNB2, and has transitioned into my very first quilt-along!

Wonky Crosses  |  begun March 2011
This is a charity quilt that I’m slowly plugging away at.  If anyone feels like contributing a few extra bits to my rainbow then shoot me a message.
When it’s finished I’m going to auction it off to raise money for the JDRF.

Habitat MQG Challenge Quilt  |  begun September 2011
I’m keeping this one under wraps until I can show it off at the next TMQG meeting, but I’ll tell you this much…lots of flying geese.  Lots.  And I’m thinking that I may write my first pattern based on this quilt.

Pixel Quilt  |  designed December 2010
My early stash includes lots of old-fashioned calicos that aren’t really my style anymore, so I decided to makes something that juxtaposed their sweetness with something a bit more rock’n’roll.  I’ll try to remember to post some pictures soon!

Lone Star Quilt
I’ve been slowly collecting fabrics in a range of yellows for this one. One day I’ll be ready…

I also have some fabric collections that I want to use all on their own because I love them so much, but I just can’t decide what to do.  They’re sequestered in my sewing room to prevent me from cutting into them for something else. :)

Garden Party | Anna Maria Horner
I absolutely LOVE Anna Maria Horner’s fabric collections, and I am slowly but surely collecting the entire Garden Party line. I’m still missing a few, so if you want to help out you can see what I’m missing here. Once I have them all, I think I’m going to use the Garden Fence quilt block design by Cynthia of Hyacinth Quilt Designs. Don’t you think they’re a perfect match?!

Good Folks  |  Anna Maria Horner
I love the fabrics from this line so much that I’m terrified to cut into them!  Although Angela’s Swoon quilt from last summer is so gorgeous that I may have to copy it. :)

Katie Jump Rope | Denyse Schmidt
Every time I see a quilt finished using this line I change my mind about what to do with it.  My current favourite is another project of Angela’s.  I adore the kaleidoscope pillow she made last year.

Hope Valley  |  Denyse Schmidt
I seriously have no idea for this one.  Hopefully inspiration will strike because I really love the prints!

Mendocino  |  Heather Ross
I had originally designed this quilt in February 2011, with the wild optimism that I would be able to find a least half-yards of the whole line.  What was I thinking?!  I’m getting closer and closer to getting a bit of everything, but I am having to work on a different design. :(
I may still make the original quilt out of solids, though.
